Value
Very affordable now for Mk 2s that are 4-5years old.
Costs
Slightly thirsty, but the enjoyment of driving the car outweighs the fuel costs.

Fantastic, especially when the back end steps out exiting roundabouts.
Performance
Gets away from the lights pretty quick though acceleration in 4th on the motorway is delicious.

nice, firm seats, though you need a break after 2 hours max in the driving (and passenger seat).
