that i like to drive and didn't want to conform to the motorway dreer of 3-series and a4's
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
love it, my friends have nink-named it the bat-mobile which i find fitting. they all want one but as other people have mentioned, they wouldn't want my fuel bills
Would you buy this car again and why?
yes dependant on situation - this is a brilliant car but i only commute about a 15 mile round trip and this thing drinks petrol.. if i had to travel for work it wouldn't be even remotely feasable
What are you likely to buy next?
350z, z4, x3 - depends what i'm in the mood for when i finally get fed up with the fuel costs!

Did you get a good deal and why?
think so, i looked at these a couple of years ago when buying my MR2 and they were about £9-£10k so happy to find a decent one (45k and FMSH) for just £6k
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
had an mr2 and wanted something with 4 seats and a boot without being boring
What was the dealer like?
good, gave me £4k for the MR2 which is roughly what they were going for as a private sale on-line

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
a bit low on power at low revs but this engine is designed to be driven at high (if not very high) revs and when you leave your foot down it seems more like a space ship
What's it like to park?
not so bad, but i have just had a soft-top in which rear visibility was minimal when the roof was up so my fram of reference may not be the best (i'm still excited about having a boot again!)

Have you had any problems with the car?
nothing yet but only had it a few months
What's most practical about your car?
having enough room for 4 full sized adults and a decent boot
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
has to be the doors, its a way of having 4 doors in a coupe - brilliant!
