Mercedes-Benz C-Class Saloon (2014 - 2021) C200 Sport Premium Plus 4d Auto Owner Review

Various issues, the worst being a petrol leak. The two nearest main dealers have been poor at diagnosing and fixing faults. The petrol leak and another problem were quickly diagnosed and fixed by a small independent specialist. Previously covered 100,000s miles in Honda and Lexus cars which were trouble free and serviced by much better dealers. The C Class with air suspension option is comfortable, the interior design is nice and fuel economy is good but I don't feel inclined to risk buying another. My brother had the previous model C Class with a diesel engine which also suffered a number of problems including a water pump failure at low mileage. Is this typical of Mercedes or were we just unlucky?
