Value
Bought new for £9,000, has hardly cost anything other than service since.
Costs
Heavy on petrol on the motorway - does not quite live up to its stated mpg. 7th year service was the first one that required any additional work doing.

Driving
Best to drive around town. Nippy at slow speeds but very sluggish up hill and at speed. Heavy steering -could do with power steering.
Performance
Sturdy and solid car, handles really well. Dodgy in slippery or icy conditions.

Living with it
Reliability
Very reliable but jumpy on cold mornings now it is 7 years old. Engine has flooded twice when starting up and driving short distances thus it broke down. RAC needed to restart - apparently a common problem with Micras

I love my Mabeline, some may dis her but she has been great to me.
Comfort
Comfy on the front with no back seat passengers. Cramped in back.

Excellent when the car was new but have had reduced quality as my car has aged.
