What does this car say about you?

    good for a laugh

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

    They like it

Would you buy this car again and why?

YES, but I think I'd pay the extra £500 for the 5dr. I bought the car to replace the family MPV which was costing me thousands in petrol, insurance and losses come trade in time ( 20k a year avg). my wife now has the MPV and I have the small car. The car is reliable, I average 42mpg doing mainly high speed motorway mileage (best of 49mpg). Low road tax, insurance (20k business use fully comp) £114 !! service £150 a time(9k which could be longer). This motor is a steal when you compare it to the prices asked for the others in this class

What are you likely to buy next?

Another one of these but the 5dr

  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

Great fun. 5* grin factor, I can't believe it's only a 1.2. Fine in town or on the motorway fast lane (as long as you keep in the power band and don't attempt overtaking on steep hill). The front sometimes feels a little loose on roundabouts but it always lets you know what's going on(usually when I'm pushing it a little too much). To put my comments in context one of my other cars is a TVR, but I still enjoy taking the Micra, as it can still give me a lot of driving pleasure getting the best from it.

    What's it like to park?

    easy

Just a rear wheel bearing replaced under warrenty. Bought with 7K on the clock and it's now 28K (in 16mths)

What's most practical about your car?

Remote locking and sliding rear seats

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

take away hook, simple but what a great idea
