In their own words

I got this car as a company car but i didn't choose it - it was handed over by the previous person who was in my position. I wouldn't choose an SUV primarily, as I think they are a dreadful waste of space and resources, and have put car design and efficiency back by decades. SUVs are proof that we have rejected active safety features, such as good visibility out of a car and low centre of gravity, in favour of heavy, complex passive safety features - in other words, SUVs are confirmation that we'd rather have a crash and survive, than avoid the crash in the first place. However the X-Trail is very spacious, easy to park mainly due to its myriad of parking cameras, and easy to drive. The engine is sluggish and it has had a few minor electrical faults but has otherwise been a reliable and fuel-efficient car.
