Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

I really like this car and will use it until it becomes too much hassle in an increasingly anti-diesel world. So far I am expecting it to be one of the most easy to live with vehicles I have owned. One of the things I really like about the car is the storage system in the boot. Why do more cars not have this?

How reliable do you find the car?

Bought a very well maintained example, with a new engine, mass flywheel, clutch etc in 2017 (previous owner filled it with petrol and drove it until they killed it) that 20,000 miles so far. I have not had any issues with it so far at all.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Vehicle was purchased as I had always wanted a 'soft 4x4' with a big luggage compartment for camping (with back seats down a full size double inflatable mattress can inflated so it makes for a perfect occasional camper). It is very easy to drive, has more than enough power for my needs as is very comfortable. Fuel economy is very good for the size/age of vehicle (long distance motorway at 60mph gets 55mpg, combined appears to be 46mpg). This may be due to the addition of a TDI Tuning Box, which has transformed the engine and gives 8 options ranging from max economy to max performance.
