Value
Good all round value for money.
Costs
Excellent. Cheap to run, tax and insure. Average 40 MPG +/- 1 MPG on motorway, London, rural.

On the road
Driving
Excellent car, although only had it for 2 months before accident. Landed on roof in middle of road, but walked away completely unscathed. ABS a must on my next one and standard from 2001 anyway.
Performance
Very good for the engine size. Could have used a little more power when overtaking and on big hills though.

No problems at all, although only had the car for 2 months (2000 miles) before accident.

Good image - Everybody seemed to like it. Even my 7 year old daughter, and she is pretty hard to please.
Comfort
Comfortable runabout. A little uncomfortable on a long journey without a break. I am 5'9" so didn't have legroom problems. Could have done with an ashtray in rear, though.

Security and Service
Security
No problems. No visible inside locks and flashing immobiliser light on dash looks like it is alarmed. So even when you walk away and forget to lock it, it isn't visibly obvious.
Service
Renault dealers, Bristol Street Motors in Exeter were helpful and prompt. Very pleased with their service and comprehensive warranty.
