The best MPV, but you pay a lot more than a Galaxy/Sharon/Alhambra.

Driving
Once you're used to a little more body roll, the car hadles superb. Brakes don't build quite as much confidence.
Performance
2.2dt performes very well with decent MPG.

Living with it
Reliability
Engine and turbo is indestructable and strong. However, it's the ancillaries that cause problem. 87k needed new rear drun, new power stearing pump, new front hub, new alternator, new stearing universal joint. Expensive to keep older Espace on the road.

Comfort
Very comfortable on long journeys, but driver's reach to gearstick can lead to pain in shoulders for those of us that are vertically challenged.
