Incredible value for money second-hand, especially if bought through eBay.
Costs
About average. Servicing cheap if not done by Renault distributor, average mileage per gallon (30-35).

Drives very well for it's size. Ergonomically everything is to hand, column controlled radio/CD is very useful.
Performance
Very good, engine revvy and flexible, nippy for an estate and handles pretty well.

Looks very nice, better than your average Ford/Vauxhall etc.
Comfort
Very comfortable - I've driven mine all over Europe without any discomfort. Smart and well-wearing interior, easy to keep clean and tidy.

Never had one pinched or broken into yet (this is my third Laguna).

I always use a non-franchise garage, anything needed to be done has been cheap... mostly MOT work (brakes, tyres etc.).
