Value
Any car is only as good as the value the driver places on it. For myself I needed a solid economical car for motorway travelling.
Costs
Whilst parts are expensive and its not the sort of car you can tinker with on a Sunday morning, I have found a reputable garage that doesn't charge the Earth for routine servicing and maintenance.

Responsive and controlled. Not a sporty car, but who cares about that?
Performance
Reasonably economical, especially on distance routes. Crap in town.
