  • Economy

    Value

    4 out of 5 4.0

Let someone else (probably a fleet manager) endure the initial depreciation. Well equiped for where it sits in the range.

    Costs

    3 out of 5 3.0

Not as frugal as you would expect, 5th isn't tall enough. Hope that it's still under warranty if anything goes wrong or watch out plastic.

  • On the road

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

Fat tyres ensure loads of cornering ability, steering prone to "tram lining" though.

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

Not enough mid-range torque, 1.8 engine tuned too much for power and not enough for pull. Adequate all the same.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    3 out of 5 3.0

Far too many silly faults and failures. Front wishbones at less than 30k miles - the council aren't that bad at repairing the roads.

    Image

Not the prettiest carrier about (lets be frank, the back is well ugly). Says you're not a Ford or Vauxhall clone.

    Comfort

    5 out of 5 5.0

Part leather, air con and plenty of adjustments make long hauls a piece of cake.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    4 out of 5 4.0

So far so good, the cental locking's different levels can be a real pain.

    Service

    4 out of 5 4.0

Dealer has been very good and am happy to keep using him while its still under warranty.

  • Problems and Ownership

    Problems

    Engine

    All ok (so far)

    Other

Front wishbones, tyre pressure sensor, speedo head and its still only done 36k miles.
