Value
Dreadful depreciation, 13k to 6k in 18 months.
Costs
If it wasn't for the dealer and Renault UK picking up most of the costs, this car would have cost about £8000 in repairs to date.

Not awe inspiring, but can be run when you push it along a bit.
Performance
Average, but not too bad considering its size - pulls well even in 6th!

Reliability
Worst car I've ever owned for reliability problems. Electrics are dodgy, tyre pressure monitors usless in winter, 2 clutches and a new gearbox in 55K miles are just some of the problems

Family man car who wants to be eco friendly etc,etc...Get to 40 and buy an Impreza....

Ideal for larger families and for making children go to sleep - brilliant motorway cruiser.

The Renault dealership have always been more than helpful, as had Renault UK - but then again, with all the reported faults, they had to be didn't they?

Engine
Seems reliable enough, but smokes quite heavily even though everything has had a clean bill of health. Needs oil/filter more often than manufacturers state, every 6 months works OK.
Other
Cheap second hand crusier for a larger family. Buy this car after its had all its repairs done, about 3 years old and less than 70K miles would be OK. However, watch out for little fingers and internal trim, they'll have your car apart in seconds!
