    I've had no problems with mine, never been back to the dealer once, tip is find a good Renault dealer, I've found bad ones are very unhelpful and good ones get everything sorted out.

    I've got an excellent dealer now and the Laguna is our 5th Renault, first dealer we used was terrible but since switching to current dealer any problems we've had with our cars have be resolved speedily and without any problems.
