Have you had any problems with the car?
Hi, Can anyone help. I brought my Megane just over a month ago, 3 weeks ago I started having trouble with the gears. When pulling away in 1st gear it doesn't seems to go in position properly starts making a terrible noise. You then have to lift the reverse gear lever slightly and put the accelerator down fairly hard and put into second. Most times this seems to work but you feel like you have gone over a hugh bump and it goes into the correct position. Very dangerous when pulling out into busy traffic cause you can't guarantee that it will work. Husband has had a look at the gear linkage and that appears to be okay. Has anyone else had this problem?
