Value
Paid £6000 for one 2 years old with 7000 miles on the clock - can't be bad!
Costs
Economic engine normally does 50 MPG. 18000 mile services cheap enough. General problems make me nervous of an expensive future now the warranty's run out.

Driving
Smooth ride, very responsive. Power steering very easy.
Performance
Drives well. Engine has some bite, but only some. Great brakes.

Reliability
Small problems spoil it - loose connections in the indicators. Renault don't seem to be able to fix them. Gadgets fail, like auto lights and wipers. Renault say 'they have a mind of their own!' Not much help.

Comfort
Seat and headrests move in several ways, so unless your very tall, you should get comfy. Tall people may get cramped in the back, but pretty good.

Service
Renault (Herds Isleworth and Weybridge) don't give much help, and don't really seem to care. Inexperienced mechanics and moody managers make a poor combination. No loyalty and very poor service in general.
