Summary
What does this car say about you?
i grown up and would rather a car that gives mpg than mph. i got two kids and want them to be safe in a car.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
they love it. its massive for all the family with a huge boot.
Would you buy this car again and why?
yes. i have always hated french cars, thought them cheap and nasty. in my opinion the picasso is but renault come top marks with me.
What are you likely to buy next?
gonna buy a sports car for myself in a few years time. but the next family car may well be another scenic. nothing gone wrong yet really so i do like the car.

Did you get a good deal and why?
yeah i did. i had a merc c200 that was writen off just before my second child was born. our second car is a fiesta and it was a nightmare putting 2 kids and 3 adults in such a small car. i told the dealer my sob story he had the car up for 3500. after a few emails back and fore he was able to drop it to 3150 with an email saying he hoped that would help. :-)
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
the cheap tax and running costs
What was the dealer like?
excellent. i went there on the sunday to look at it, loved it and the fact it had a fsh, he put a new mot on it on the monday morning and i was driving it home with 3 months parts and labour on it that afternoon.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
its like a tardis. small on the outside but huge on the inside. being a 1.5 its great on b roads. you still get the good mpg. its not fast like the other cars iv'e had but its to comfy to want to drive like your on rails.
What's it like to park?
i dont like the fact you cant see where the front ends. it drops off. but its great to park, you got great all round visability.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
only problems i have had are a sticky seat belt, refused to come out. i fixed that myself. it needs a new glow plug as its a little spluttery sometimes on start, but only for a few seconds.
What's most practical about your car?
its a great drive. its roomy and comfy. i bought this car to enjoy a drive with my family and thats what it is. plus fantastic fuel economy
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
fave gadget has to be the mpg checker, i got 80 mpg once going down hill in 5th. average tho is 55. plus its so easy to park with the electronic assisted steering
