  • Economy

    Value

    2 out of 5 2.0

Bought pre-BMW sell off saw the car depreciate quicker than pushing it off a cliff!

    Costs

    2 out of 5 2.0

Eats tyres at an alarming rate averaging only 17,000 miles per set of Michelin Pilots. Fuel averages 24 mpg without the air-con motorway cruising for the most part.

  • On the road

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

    Quiet, comfortable, full of goodies.

    Performance

    2 out of 5 2.0

Very sluggish, engine needs to be pushed to get even acceptable performance although it does have predictive, neutral handling when pushed.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    1 out of 5 1.0

34 warranty recalls! Stuff is still falling off it. Catastrophic gearbox failure after 30,000 miles. Now the car has a cam rattle at 65,000 miles.

Friends call my car the Over 75s!

    Comfort

    4 out of 5 4.0

Very comfortable with all the toys that make driving easier and therefore more enjoyable. Would be better if it had the "lazy locking" facility of some of the 75's competitors.

  • Security and Service

    5 out of 5 5.0
