  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

I had previously owned a diesel BMW 3 Series for 5 years so wanted something fairly comparable in terms of handling. The Saab cannot match rear wheel drive for driving balance, but for front wheel drive it's pretty good. Torque steer can be quite severe but the pace of thing, especially over 30mph - 70mph in second gear, is astonishingly good. Driving around town or in traffic, it is whisper quiet and smooth.

    What's it like to park?

    With the sensors, very easy.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

One of the wheel badges had fallen off, an OEM purchace for £10 on ebay fixed this.

What's most practical about your car?

Very large boot and four doors, as practical as it can be.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Parking sensors are always handy, the climate control is also strong.
