Given the latest servicing (18,000 miles 1st service), very good. Fuel is average of 30mpg when pushing on, better when sitting on cruise control.

    Driving

Top Cruiser. I have covered 600 miles a day without blinking.

    Performance

    5 out of 5 5.0

Watch out for the old bill! Surprises the BMW, AUDI, MERC brigade if you want to.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    5 out of 5 5.0

I've had 8 Saab's, and never broken down in 180,000 miles.

You decide. The ultra NON-badge. Leave the flash stuff to the little boys, or buy a SAXO with a big stereo.

    Comfort

    5 out of 5 5.0

Best seats in the industry. I am 6'3"& have a major back problem, and can cover great mileages without a worry. Layout encourages safe driving because all controls to hand, and utterly logical. Personally, I don't rate the new 9-3 cockpit as highly.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    4 out of 5 4.0

Leave it open all night, and it sets the alarm on its own. Everything else is as market expects, or higher.

    Service

    1 out of 5 1.0

Local dealer is better than Teflon covered silk!
