Value
Not expensive, with service and breakdown cover for 3 years.
Costs
No service charges. Mpg is gradually improving.

Pleasant enough to drive but could do with better brakes.

Not very fast but good low-down torque from engine.

A couple of problems fixed under warranty.

VW connection improves image. It"s an attractive model anyway.
Comfort
Masses of interior space and good driving position. Could do with air-con option (so should be a 4.5 rating).

Not an issue for me. Can"t open boot from outside which is a pain.

Excellent. Problems were fixed without a quibble.

Warning light on dashboard came on. Dealer fixed ^^problem^^ but I have no idea what it was.

Steering rack replaced after it lost all fluid.
