In their own words

The Kamiq is generally a nice spacious car and a pleasant car to drive. The boot is possibly rather high, especially if you are lifting in heavy luggage or a dog. It's main downfall is the appallingly bad infotainment system. Initially, it was barely usable as it wouldn't recognise me as the "Primary user" and it went into the workshop for repair. Now the SOS system is faulty and comes on regularly, telling me to call the workshop. This happens two or three times a week and on every longer journey. When this occurs, the sat-nav packs up and the in-built phone connection fails. This is very poor and very annoying. It is back to the workshop shortly. The Amundsen sat-nav, aside from the faults, is very poor and seems dated against Google maps, for example. It is not remotely intuitive. The car has been a disappointment because of the bugs and I can't wait to get rid of it. Other models in the range suffer similar problems. My advice is to avoid Skoda until it sorts the bugs out.
