In their own words

We bought our Kodiaq to replace my wife’s 2017 Discovery Sport which had developed an appetite for oil services, poor diesel consumption and multiple dpf refreshes - after discussions with LR we got shot before the warranty ran out! The Kodiaq, on the other hand, has been much more reliable only needing visits to the dealer for normal services. My wife transports Labradors in it all over the country and it suits her needs perfectly. We have also used it for a few trips to France and I’m very impressed with its load capacity and general user friendliness. Other than the reliability issues we were very happy with the Discovery Sport but I think the Kodiaq is a good match for that car and we have used it a number of time off-road in fields and mud and it has performed very well.
The only criticism I have is that for such a large car the steering is, in my opinion, overly light. I believe it represents very good value for money and has some nice design features.
