Bought this for £12900 with 1200 miles on clock but I have seen similar cars advertised for as much as £16500. Make sure you shop around! We were looking above all for a practical car with a decent sized boot and rear leg room and this car does not disappoint. The boot is cavernous and rear leg room rivals the Octávia. The build quality is fantastic and the engine is quiet in operation and quite perky (especially compared to the 1.0 litre engines in the Hyundai i30 and Kia Ceed both of which I test drove prior to opting for the Scala). Such is the all-round quality of the Skoda Scala that I would recommend anyone looking at purchasing a VW Golf to take a look at this car.
