What was the dealer like?
Bought via Mercedes-Benz/Smart in Croydon, Surrey. An awful service from start to finish! Had bought 2 previous Smarts from this dealer and had a reasonable service, never again!!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
What a fun car to drive! A little bumpy on the road. Has a slight sway on a windy motorway but being an ex motorcylclist I can cope with this! The diesel engine can be noisy on the motorway. The car is nippy. Good power up a steep hill. Auto select on gear box is not smooth. the manual gears are a waist of time apart from going up steep hills. Well built/good safety - I was involved in a 3 car pile-up in my last Smart, the Ford Transit and BMW that drove into the back of me whilst I was waiting at a crossing were a write off!
What's it like to park?
Great, but heavy without power steering.

Have you had any problems with the car?
This is my third smart from new, I drive 30,000 miles a year mainly on the motorway, some town and never had a problem!
What's most practical about your car?
Low on fuel, cheap to insure, no road tax, no London congestion charge.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Glass roof and built in sat nav with blue tooth.
