Bought a 12 month old version with Brabus extras. Always wanted one since I first saw them. Smart garage let me out in one for 30 mins test drive which I ragged to death only to find out that's the one I was buying ha! Anyhow loved the handling, low ride, feels quick..would actually be quick if it wasn't for that gear change. Loads of extras. However mpg was crap! How on earth anyone gets 50+ is beyond me. I went as far as filling up fully and driving everywhere slow for a week and still only managed low 30s with V-power! After about 12 months things started going bad. Firstly engine started getting noisier..in a bad way. Air con pipe snapped..which costs fortune to fix. Turbo broke. Which wouldn't allow you to go up hill at 30mph. Then wiper stalk snapped. And roof leaked as well as roof got stuck when putting it back, which made it nightmare selling on. Service for oil change was £169 back in 2006. Eventually sold it 13 years ago now. Funny enough been considering getting one recently until I've read the list of other things going wrong with them. It's a pity because it was a right laugh.
