In their own words

My second Forester, I bought one new one in 2011 and bought a second one used in 2020. So far very happy, it’s great off road and in slippy conditions the handling is excellent. If you’re in to outdoor pursuits it’s great. It’s not a full on off road-er but it’s close and better on road. The CVT box takes a bit of getting used to but once you’ve realised not to kick down and just drive it with smooth and simple use of the throttle it’s a very pleasant thing. The X-Drive feature is great and saves manually setting locking differentials as well as low range gears. Fitted mine with a rear cycle rack and roof bars and apart from the power tail gate (the only downside of the car - it’s pointless) a great car. Hoping to get another 200,000 miles like my last one.
