The access to my house is very steep with two tight hairpins and very awkward cambers, this Subaru is the best vehicle I have driven up it. Its not at its best cruising but as a vehicle for getting around in a rural and mountainous setting its great. I feel the criticism of this vehicle overlooks how practical and reliable it is and how limited the choice is if you want something with real off road capabilities that is small and reliable.
How reliable do you find the car?
I had to replace the rear wheel bearings and the switch in the steering column that connects the horn and other electrics
