  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

Very good vvts Suzuki 1.5 engine which pulls well, producing 109 bhp and 0-62 in 8.9 seconds, but sometimes has a bit to much power for the front wheels in high speed corners. The gearbox is a five speed short ratio which gives good acceleration but a low top end speed of 110 mph which i expected more from it. The suspension is good at the front but it is let down by a panard rod at the back, which does not give it much traction out of corners and it tends to understeer round them. Could of been fitted with a LSD because in low 2nd gear corners it spins the inside wheel on exit of the corners and can pull the wheel about a bit. As the driving controls go its very good the steering is sharp and slightly weighted giving good feed back, the gear shift is a nice snappy change,

    What's it like to park?

clutch is far away from the brake and throttle making very easy to heel and toe. In corners when you drive it hard it does tend to roll about a bit and drift out wide on sharp fast bends.but you can have some good old lift off oversteer with it. To some it up its sort of good but the suspension lets down the great engine and gearbox. Its ok steering is a bit heavey but about right if you've got sum speed up,steering lock could have been better though.
