Would you buy this car again and why?
No...never. Those reg in 2000 onwards are built in Britain and it shows. Not a patch on Jap built Toyotas, take my advice and avoid 'Y' plates and newer like the plague! 'W' & 'X' reg built in Japan so should be better. Dealer could not find source of leak and wanted to bill be £700 to make more extensive search, despite little known 12 year build warranty. Toyota used to be amongst the best i.e. before 1999 model, but they have seriously lost their way. They have water ingress problems on Yaris's too (all built in France)....so buy Jap built stuff only!

Slow to pull away, absolutely no go at all. Does go well above 3000rpm though.

Have you had any problems with the car?
New bulbs in dashboard. Aircon switch pushed into dashboard. Water leak into passenger footwell. Required new inlet manifold
