In their own words

This is a great car hybrid wise it is a league better than the Auris. I have filled the tank three times pump to pump and had 61 to 72.5,mpg!. The latter is probably not the norm but Its not that hard to achieve. The car is comfortable relaxing to drive with a nice interior. Driving over multiple steep hills in the Pennines and using Sport mode to get up the hills was fun and I was still getting 61mpg. Motorway mpg will be less but the hybrid is a joy, it runs on electric for several miles at a time and recharges itself on the slightest incline, and when braking or going uphill. The Auris hybrid only worked up to 30 mph after which it was effectively a non hybrid. The Corolla can run on electric at any speed. Negatives are boot space rear passenger space and the infotainment system. However I still give it 5 stars, its just so sophisticated.
