For driving in my local area l have not used any petrol!!! The 46miles on the batteries is brillant. Four a 20 mile drive the recharge time from a standard socket is 2.15 hours. That works out at at about 70P, totally mad!!! A full battery charge they say takes 8 hours, mine takes just over 7 hours at a cost of 2kwh per hour at 15p a kwh . so 30p an hour x 7, £2.10 a full charge, brillant!!!!
