In their own words

Moved from a Mazda6 estate ( diesel) to a Toyota Rav4 in may 2022, Used Rav4 with 17000 miles on the clock.
I did a lot of research on Toyota Hybrids and especially the CVT system that Toyota used. I found out that the RAv4 have a ECVT and not a normal cvt, and when you understand how the system works you can appreciate that while it sounds very 'revy' when putting your foot down its doing it for the right reasons as thats when the engine is a peak efficiency. This is my first Hybrid and I'm very impressed with the seamless electric/petrol system getting in the high 60mpg on a good run thats better than most diesels..
There is plenty of Punchy power especially when in sports mode.
As a motorway cruiser is brilliant smooth and very combatable. Very little road noise/tyre roar. I find the cabin comfortable and very roomy plenty of space for driver and passengers plus a huge boot, I do very long drives and never been uncomfortable during 6/7 hour drives ( which i do most weeks) being the FWD version i dont have the issue with the corrosion on the near electric cable like the AWD versions seem to do. I've now done 38000 miles and the car hasn't missed a beat.
