In their own words

My RAV4 has been extremely disappointing. Of course I got it a few months before lock down so have not done many long journeys. But mpg is a measly 38. I bought a hybrid hoping that around town it would run mainly on electric but this is not the case, so I don't feel it is as environmentally friendly as I had hoped. The rear middle seat is very uncomfortable for someone on a long journey; I have done one journey with three people in the back and they had to keep swapping seats. The navigation system is awful, there isn't even a button for Sat Nav. When the car battery went flat during lock down it was the most difficult battery to charge as it is in the boot and with a flat battery I couldn't open it. I won't be keeping it.
