In their own words

A good car that could be even better. The Yaris hybrid is not cheap, but many aspects of its internals feel cheap (cloth seats, scratchy plastics, almost no padding anywhere). Current £4k discount on a Nissan Juke hybrid puts it within spitting distance of the Yaris and the Juke offers a lot more for the money. Plus points - good economy, seems reliable, quite engaging to drive, looks great, relatively easy to park, nice sounding Audio system, spare wheel! . Downsides - uncomfortable cloth seats, dated dash and infotainment system, cramped rear seats, very high road noise, rough ride, not as 'connected' to the road as a Fiesta, expensive, still a bit underpowered, thin 'coke can' metal used.

I still like the Yaris a lot - if Toyota could sort out the problems listed above, the Yaris Hybrid would be an outstanding little car.
