Value
Would be 5 if it had PAS.
Costs
Quality parts available cheaply. If you maintain your own vehicle I'd give it 5, but labour costs from garage are, in my opinion, too high.

Driving
Handles reasonably, improved by lowering. As I mentioned, PAS would help around town.
Performance
Cannot fault the engine. For a 1.4 in a car this size, it's very quick and fuel bills are acceptable. Feels bullet proof!

Reliability
Engine has never given any problems. Prone to front wheel bearings, though. Compared to my old car, which was a newer Escort, I really cannot complain.
