What does this car say about you?

I'm new, i'm old, i'm saving money to keep family alive! either one of those should suffice Well the model and engine size i had anyway.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

it was a very lovely first car nice and comfy, until i decided to get into the modifying scene and i ruined the comfy ride with harder and lowered suspension! haha.... but my own mother hated the comfyness as it was toooooo sloppy and thought the suspensions being lowered and harder felt much more safer lol!!

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would but in much better spec and most probably the GSI version

    What's it like to drive?

exillerating at first as i had my first taste of freedom away from instructors and people saying when to turn and the constant fear of not knowing where your going. but after that it's a nice little car mpg is surprising low though a 1.4 16v astra mk4 (my figures btw) had the same average mpg with double the power figure of what this corsa had so i won't lie i say it's economical, and i can't lie about cheap insurance because at the time it costs loads to insure as i was only just beginning. Driving round town was alright, it was about the only time the average mpg was higher. when in heavy traffic. on motorway it was really really really bad! a higher power engine with slightly longer gear ratios would give more mpg than this 1.2 8v engine did. but it did the job of getting from a to b

    What's it like to park?

well being a noobie when i had it it was difficult to park!! but once i drove another corsa for a test drive after owning bigger cars i come to realise how easy it actually it to park.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Yes actually the rear near side wheel bearing kept going, i'm not sure if this was to do with the garage bad fitting or the car itself.

What's most practical about your car?

well for a small car it does have alot of boot space, if you get rid of the rear seats, and when i say get rid off i mean just fold them down, and also take the parcek shelf off. but it's also got enough space for the monthly or week shopping. so it's nice and practical-ish

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

not much i'm afraid didn't even have rear speakers.. and if i did the were never work or connected. i guess at the time the sun roof was fun!
