This particular model good but not brilliant. Pick yourself up a 1.6 for tug and a GTi for quick.

Brilliant motors - a leader of design. Its classic styling seems to never grow old.

Absoloute pleasure to drive on those long hauls. Seat design is dated, but they do the job.

To make it into a fortress, Volkspares supply lock armour for the door handles for £10 a pair.
