Did you get a good deal and why?
The deal was reasonable and fair on both parties. We were family friends with the dealer and so had the benefit of knowing the car's history well.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The car is a joy at low and high speeds. It has a comfortable yet compliant ride, accelerates and brakes well with plenty of torque low down in the rev range which is very driver-friendly. Refined and quiet.
What's it like to park?
Very easy to park. Great visibility, steering is nice and light with a fantastic thick steering wheel.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Plastic impeller failure from water pump (replaced with metal impeller). Common fault but cheap to fix.
What's most practical about your car?
You can easily drop the rear seats flat and the rear space is very impressive for a hatchback. You can happily sleep in the back like this in relative comfort!
