  • Economy

    Value

    4 out of 5 4.0

Holds its value well, which is a good thing as it's so expensive.

    Costs

    5 out of 5 5.0

Cheap to insure and petrol doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.

  • On the road

    Driving

    5 out of 5 5.0

With ESP as standard grip is brilliant and the gears are effortless everything feels extremely solid.

    Performance

    4 out of 5 4.0

Only a 1.4 but still pulls well, but can feel a little overworked at best.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

Never had a problem although interior build quality isn't up to usual V.W. standard.

    Image

    5 out of 5 5.0

Cannot fail to look good in one, classy and understated.

    Comfort

    5 out of 5 5.0

Would struggle to find a more comfortable car seat and steering wheel adjust in every possible way, your lying if you cant get a good driving position and the size of it is cavernous in the back.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    3 out of 5 3.0

No alarm as standard which is miserly i feel.

    Service

    3 out of 5 3.0

Two dealerships wouldnt even look at me, i put this down to the fact i'm only 20 and obviously do not look like i can afford a car such as this, but trust VOLKSWAGN WOLVERHAMPTON were helpful and completely trustworthy, funny that given there name.
