What does this car say about you?

I want a fast car but commuting has crushed my dreams.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Love it, good looking and spacious, caters to everyone.

Would you buy this car again and why?

If fuel economy wasn't an issue I would get a gti or an R32 for a real performance feel, otherwise yes I would buy this car again.

What are you likely to buy next?

Something cheap and nasty while I go back to university, will more than likely get another mk5 golf in the future.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got quite a lot knocked off the asking price because there were a few cosmetic issues.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Good looking, quick and economical.

What was the dealer like?

Bought private, would probably prefer to go to a dealer next time for peace of mind.

What's it like to drive?

Its very smooth to drive, 6 speed gearbox is great for motorway driving, turbo cuts in quite late and it feels a bit underpowered in lower gears, for the racing enthusiast don't be afraid to redline it because then it shows you what its made of.

What's it like to park?

Easy, good visibility and good size wing mirrors.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Abs stopped working because my tracking was out, boot release button doesnt work and no emergency release so i can only open it from inside the boot with a pair of pliers, Something wrong with the oil pressure sensor causing car to sporadically not start.

What's most practical about your car?

Its a very spacious car and can easily fit five adults and has a good size boot, feels like a much bigger car but is still small enough to be agile and easy to park.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

6cd changer, leather seats are extremely comfortable.
