Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

We bought the car approx 3 months ago and it has been in the garage for one of those months to date. Our problems began almost straight away with the car failing to progress from a stopped position, and kangarooing. The most dangerous problem was when my wife was on the motorway and was pulled dangerously into another lane. V.W. are after installing a software update for the kangaroing which has actually made the problem worse, and we have had to turn off the lane assist, which is a safety feature, thereby reducing the safety of the car. We are still waitng for another softwear update, god alone knows when this will occur. We are taking legal advice and employing a motor assessor, as we should have been refunded our money in full having been sold a car with a known defect, no questions asked. Disgraceful customer service by v.w. Will let you know how we get on.

How reliable do you find the car?

Kangarooing and problems with the lane assist. Had to turn off as car pulling dangerously out of lane.
