In their own words

A bit of a head turner, quiet, comfortable, supportive seats, good feel-in-the-wheel, superb DSG gearbox, good fuel economy, love the high driving position, excellent ground clearance, Auto-hold a real boon, front and rear beepers are brilliant, climate control works well. Lane sensor works well but should be slicker to set and cancel. Interior not as plush as my previous VW Golf SV also SE trim level. Good suspension, but a little too bouncy after bumps and hollows – needs better damping. Rear view mirror not wide enough, but good door mirrors. Why the single-tone horn for goodness sake! Paid extra for adjustable lumbar support on both front seats. Only £30 each. Well worth it.

How reliable do you find the car?

Adaptive cruise control sometimes dropped out in the wet. Sensitivity adjusted. No issues since.
