In their own words

Good looking car on road but dated dash and technology. Poor economy, heavy steering but great automatic gearbox and very lively in Sport setting. Cramped interior and boot size very poor for overall size of car. Comfortable ride, rattle free and excellent leather seats. Quality of paint finish nothing special. Later models from many manufacturers have much higher specifications. Expected more from the Volvo brand.

Interior dated, small boot. Poor mpg. Excellent ride and luxury feel. Paint finish easily chipped-expected better from Volvo
