It's an Alfa, you don't expect miracles, you buy them for looks and being fun to drive (plus in my case because it still has a handbrake!). However, the amount of time it spends off the road for loss of coolant, failed shock absorbers and worn brake discs is really irritating, not to mention expensive.
How reliable do you find the car?
I get that diesels wear brakes and discs, but every 18 months? Also had to replace leaking rear shocks and they are leaking again and are very expensive. It is currently in the garage for coolant loss problems for the second time in 6 months, this time it needs a new radiator - really, on a 5 year old car?Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Fun drive in dynamic mode - other modes are a waste of time, but reliability is poor.About their car
