In their own words

Love this car for it reliability performance and package. Had a 2016 ford edge that was in the garage more than me driving it. Ford not intreated in resoling the issues I had with the car so sold it and brought the BMW X3 3.0d upon the recommendation of my nephew who swear by the 3ltr lump. This is a high spec car with all the bell and whistles only lacking a few items from my wish list. such as Touch screen, heated steering wheel. unlocking without having to use the remote (just pull the handle as the edge had) It even has HUD that's brilliant. This was only a stop gap to see how I got on with it, will be sad to replace it, but will do with a high spec X3 G01 next year. Performance is mind blowing in it's state of tune. An AMG Merc was not amused when he tried to out drag me to cut across from a right hand only turn lane and was found lacking (select sport on idrive knock gear shift lever to sport mode and floor it = 5 sec 0-60), but will poodle around town in Eco mode giving 35 mpg and 40-45+ on long run. This is the 3.0d not the 2.0d that do suffer some reported engine problems, and is the latter f25 with the face lift so looks better. The only issue I have had is a rear diff oil weep that was fixed under warranty. this is common across the whole X drive range so check 1st before buying.
