What does this car say about you?
It says we are trying to save fuel & running costs, nothing else, its a ford fiesta for goodness sake!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They think it looks nice, especially in silver with alloys & window tints upgrade.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, genuinely 1 of the worst new cars i have ever purchsed. i actually gave the car to my wife & i now drive her 11 year old fiat punto which we have had from new & still to date has never let us down & has passed every single MOT.
What are you likely to buy next?
Not a ford of any kind & its reminded me why i havent bought a ford since my last fiesta which was a 1986 D reg.

Dealer was pretty poor all round

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Not what expected at all, so so under powered, feels like setting off with handbrake on from 1st, gearbox very poor. despite all the good reviews i read the ride is appalling, tyre noise is so loud its a joke, every bump rattles the steering wheel, steering is very heavy. it does handle well round corners & goes where you point it, but all in all, so not impressed.
What's it like to park?
Very poor visability from rear, if your getting 1, make sure you have parking sensors fitted.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes, 2nd day out in it diesel pouring out under engine like a hosepipe running, covered the whole car in deisel. Month later, car packed in with display showing to stop car immediately, breakdown repair man said showing as fault with turbo, but all dealer did was download an update!!! fuel consumption a joke, current av afte 9k miles is 56mpg, no matter how gentle you drive, thats as good as it gets, even doing 60mpg on a motorway with 1 person in car with empty tank, comsumption goes down, not up!!
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing at all really.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Stereo sounds good, we added titanium alloys & window tints.
