Always felt I'd made a mistake here - there are better cars around for less money but Ford customer incentives do help.

Ford took over two months to respond to two general question emails. Even then they only responded after I complained. Very poor show!

Trim broke but I was told that it wasn't covered by warranty! Cost me £31 for a new hinge on the sunglass storage compartment lid.
