I have to give the car this because, as out and out value for money this has got to be a winner!
Costs
Parts, service and accessories are pretty average.

On the road
Driving
The new shape and powerful, responsive engine lead to serious understeer, especially in the wet.
Performance
If you forget the "cheap" fixtures and fitting (with their associated rattles and loose-fitting sockets) then the car performs as well as any Coupe in its class and those considerably above it.

Reliability
It's not let me down yet but it is only 9,000 miles into it's sixth month.

Sorry Hyundai. I know you've won "Coupe Of The year - 2001" but you're still a Hyundai and that carries the stigma. Perhaps in 2005 you'll become prestige.
Comfort
It's low and pretty hard to get out of - especially after a long journey and a few extra pies for lunch.

Seems OK. It's still in the drive.

Pretty damn poor really. If a dealer gets the slightest whiff that you didn't buy the vehicle from them (or their chain) they get a bit stroppy.
