In their own words

This car is full electric but with a very usable range, so for everyday driving you can forget range anxiety. Just plan ahead if you are doing a much longer trip and do a fast charge to 80% while you take a drive break or have your lunch for an hour. The performance is astonishing. If you thought electric cars will be boring milk floats, think again. Obviously people will buy this to drive economically and within the speed limits because of its green credentials and the buying demographic, but with full torque available instantly don't press the throttle at the lights like you would with an ICE (internal combustion engine) or you will rip the tyres off. In ECO mode you will get a visual graphic on the dash to confirm you are driving smoothly and if you dial up the adjustable regenerative engine braking you almost need never use the footbrake. In town at walking speeds pedestrians will not hear you, particularly if they are head-down mobile zombies, so a little patience to let them know you are there or for somebody to point you out to them. For some reason you start to care about how much charge percentage you have used in a way that you never did when thinking about petrol usage. But charging from 75% to 100% overnight for £3 is very comforting. When I go to Tesco for a weekly shop I can get a small charge up at Pod Point for free which is about 7% charge in an hour. Minus points: The Blue Link Hyundai remote app is not very good. After I have locked the car and left it locked I get a message on my phone to say the car is unlocked (it isn't) and this is becoming annoying. But this is my only major gripe and its the phone app and not the car. The interior plastic around the central console next the the driver is hard and flat. I worry that it will show scratches easily and that the lettering on the drive controls will wear off. The charge cable is in a bag in the boot and it slides around everywhere, I think they should have included a vertical pocket at the side if the boot space to store the cable but leave it accessible.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
